Junghans Meister Pilot Automatic Chronograph DLC Brown strap 027/3794.00

Dated back in 1955, Junghans produced the legendary Pilot Chronoscope watch created upon the entrustment of then-new military Bundeswehr. Now, a line of reinvented versions of the original is released and Junghans Meister Pilot DLC Chronograph ref. 027/3794.00 is definitely one of these fine, classic collection lines.

The pilot sports watch offers to track elapsed time or period with its independent sweep-second hand measured accurately. It’s dial, noticeable in the anthracite-grey finish, bears two other subsidiary dials for central stop second and 30-minute-counter. It unique dodecagonal bezel that features a bi-directional turning piece with minute scale. 

It features a unique style of hands in syringe shape, with superluminova that can also be seen at the square markers, located at 3 and 9 o’clock position, and Arabic numerical hours. This environment-friendly substance provides easy reading during the dark. 

This wristwatch sapphire crystal with anti-reflection coating complements the case set along with the seven screwed back housing that carries engraved Junghans logo, large enough to cover the case center part as it boasts the legendary timepiece in reinvented form. It is further intricate with the 43.3mm stainless steel case coated in Diamond-Lcenterrbon (DLC) that creates a black matte effect on the surface. 

Junghans Meister Pilot DLC Chronograph ref. 027/3794.00 has self-winding automatic movement cal. J880.4 with up to 38 hours power reserve. 

It has a brown leather strap with light-tone stitches that gives a vintage vibe and brings back the legendary era encapsulated in this timepiece.
