Which address do we ship to?
For the security of the order and to protect you and us from frauds,
we will accept the order and ship the watch ONLY if your shipping address matches the addresses associated with the PayPal account (see FAQ – Payment Methods / Customer Protection)
When do we ship?
We will ship up to 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays) after payment is done and verified as above.
How do we ship?
Our preferred method of shipping is via DHL or EMS.
- All shipped packages are signed for, meaning there has to be an adult to receive the package and sign for it.
- All packages are shipped in a well-secured box.
- All watches shipped are insured for the full value which covers against loss, theft or damage in transit.
- Arriving Time:
- DHL: up to 5 business days, usually faster.
- EMS: up to 10 business day
- Registered mail: up to 21 business day
What are the shipping costs?

Prices quoted and payments by Watch1440 do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or such charges. Watch1440 will charge you for the actual watch and shipping charges ONLY.
All other charges (such as taxes, duties, and VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer (you) to be paid when the watch clears customs in your country. Usually, these fees are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local Customs Authority.

This is only an indication of the condition of the watch, please look closely at the specific watch images to determine its condition.
We try to be as accurate as can humanly possible but bear in mind that sometimes, for example, what will appear to our trained eye as a deep scratch will not be for you and the other way around.

For complete confidence when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren’t happy with for a full refund (minus shipping). Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased.

How do I return a Pre-owned used watch?
Pre-owned used watch– Is a watch that was purchased at Watch1440.com as used (Pre-owned).
This is NOT a watch that was purchased NEW on Watch1440.com and was used by the customer.
For complete confidence when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren’t happy with for a full refund (minus shipping). Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased.

Simple steps to return a Pre-owned used watch
- Click on the “Request a return” button on the lower end of your order screen.
- Fill the form.
- Once we accept the rerun request, you will receive an email with a shipping label unique RETURN NUMBER.
- Make sure you return the watch in the box you received it safely warped with Bubble Wrap.
- Place the wrapped box in a NEW padded large envelope.
- Affix the mailing label you received in the email from us, squarely onto the address side of the envelope.
- Call DHL for a pickup.
DON’T SHIP if you don’t have a return number and shipping label from us.
The Package will not be accepted by us.
WHAT WILL BE REFUND AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Once we have received the watch and inspected it, your refund will be processed in up to 5 working days.
We will refund the cost of the watch only minus the return shipping.
Example: you returned a watch that cost you 500$+ 50$ shipping.
We will refund you 444$= 500$ – return shipping 56$.
How do I return a NEW watch?

A new watch– Is a watch that was purchased at Watch1440.com as New.
It should be returned within its original box with all the papers, manuals and instruction. Including all tags, plastic protective covers and any accessory that was with it originally.
Failing to return all of the above will be deducted from the refund.

You can even pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account on PayPal site.
