Introduced in 2017, Junghans Form A Automatic Date ref 027/4731.00 is one of the FORM A collection that uptakes the world known Max Bill watch designs to their modern form.
The dress wristwatch features dial with the matte silver-plated finish and minimalist baton hands perfect for the modern look it pulls off. Arabic minute numbers are legible along its three-dimensional square markers embossed on the dial outside perimeter. The watch displays hour markers presented in Arabic numbers which complement the style on the watch face together with the date function peeking at 3 o’clock position. Covering the dial is a flat sapphire crystal with an anti-reflection coating.
Junghans Automatic 027/4731.00 is powered by self-winding movement cal. J880.2 with 38-hour power reserve and rapid date correction. The movement is encased in 38.1mm round with 9.5mm height, polished stainless steel case. Its four-times screwed case back offers a see-through on the impeccable movement inside the watch.
Fitted on the wrist is a tan calfskin strap with brown color on the edge, matching the color accents on the dial.
