Beautiful pre-owned (2020) Tag Heuer Monaco Gulf Special Edition Ref. CAW211R.FC6401. Comes in a full set of box and papers.
This Monaco is a faithful interpretation of the original Monaco from the 1971 legendary film with Steve McQueen, “Le-Mans”, where he insists on wearing his Monaco the whole set (see photo).
The chunky square case (39mm) and the left side crown orientation of the watch are eco of a Le-Mans races sport driver Heuer heritage.
As a reminder of its origins and racing pedigree, Gulf color brand of light blue and an orange stripe have been added to the dial. At the heart of the watch is the (also) Heuer legendary self-winding Calibre 11 movement.
